## Quick answer

We run pet waste removal in Riverside County across ten cities, from our Winchester base near Highway 79 and I-215: Menifee, Winchester, Hemet, French Valley, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, Temecula, and San Jacinto. If your street sits outside those ten, we say so rather than promise a route.

## TLDR

Ten cities, not a whole county. Based in Winchester near Highway 79 and I-215. Each city page names the neighborhoods we actually run, and every one gets all three services.

## Questions

### Which cities do you serve?

Ten cities: Menifee, Winchester, Hemet, French Valley, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, Temecula, and San Jacinto. We are based in Winchester near Highway 79 and I-215. If your street is outside those ten, we will tell you.

### Do you cover Sun City?

Yes, and it is one of the busiest parts of our Menifee route. Sun City stops run in the morning block because a paced visit takes longer and an early knock is more welcome than a mid-afternoon one. Photos can copy an adult child who arranged the service.

### Which day do you run Menifee?

Menifee runs as a full route day split between a Sun City morning block and an afternoon block through the newer tracts. We will tell you which block your street falls in before you commit, because it determines your window rather than just your day.

### Are you actually based in Winchester?

Yes. The address on this site is the address the vehicle leaves from, on Boreham Lane, near Highway 79 and I-215. That is why Winchester gets the narrowest arrival window and the fastest makeup visit of any city we run.

### Do you handle the larger Green Acres and Homeland parcels?

Yes, with a written in-bounds map agreed before we quote. On semi-rural parcels the gap between the property line and the area your dogs actually use is usually large, and we price the mapped area rather than the acreage.

### Can you service artificial turf yards?

Yes, and Temecula has more of them than anywhere else we run. Turf hides less but holds odor more, because liquid sits in the backing rather than draining away. We check seams and low corners specifically, and deodorizing tends to be worth adding sooner on turf than on grass.

### Do you service the Wine Country properties?

Yes, with a mapped boundary. Those parcels are large enough that the difference between the fenced dog area and the wider property is significant, so we agree what is in bounds in writing before quoting rather than assuming.

### How do you price a half-acre Murrieta lot?

On measured time rather than a flat tier. Murrieta has the widest lot range we serve, from tight Cal Oaks yards to Greer Ranch parcels, and quoting those the same way is how a company ends up rushing the bigger one. Above half an acre we quote the property.

### What about sloped yards in Cole Canyon?

Slope and terracing get named as separate zones on the ticket so they are not silently skipped. Grade also affects footing after rain, which occasionally moves a stop by a day. We note both at setup rather than discovering them on the first visit.

### Does the Hemet heat change how often I need service?

Usually yes. Waste volume and odor climb quickly once daytime temperatures settle above the nineties, so a yard that was fine on bi-weekly in March often needs weekly by June. We flag that before you notice the smell rather than after.

### Do you offer paced visits in West Hemet?

Yes, and they are standard on West Hemet senior addresses rather than something you have to request. That means a knock at the door instead of unannounced side-gate entry, plain-language access notes, and photos to a family member if you nominate one.

### My French Valley lawn is new. Will it burn?

Probably, and faster than an established lawn would. Fresh sod has a shallow root system, so a nitrogen dose that mature turf shrugs off leaves a visible ring. We walk the lawn on the first visit and flag spots heading that way while watering can still save them.

### Can you work around school hours?

Yes. French Valley routes efficiently with Winchester, which gives us more flexibility on timing here than in the outlying cities. Tell us the window that does not work and we will schedule around it rather than around it being convenient for us.

### What happens to my Lake Elsinore visit when rain is forecast?

We move it earlier rather than later, which is the opposite of what we do elsewhere. Storm drains here have a short path toward open water, so waste left on the grass before a storm travels quickly. Getting ahead of the rain matters more on this route than on any other.

### Do you handle gravel and decomposed granite yards?

Yes, and they are common in Sedco Hills and the hillside tracts. Gravel needs lifting rather than blind raking, because raking drives waste deeper into the bed instead of removing it. That takes longer and it is accounted for in the quote.

### I have five acres in Perris. What does that cost?

It depends entirely on how much of it your dogs actually use, which is why we agree an in-bounds map in writing before quoting. Five acres is not a five acre scoop. We clean the mapped area properly rather than doing a thin pass over everything.

### Is Mead Valley within your range?

The eastern edge of it is, and we will confirm your specific address before booking rather than after. Mead Valley is the western boundary of what we route, and we would rather tell you no than accept a stop we cannot service reliably every week.

### I have horse property. Do you clean the pasture?

Not unless you specifically ask and it has been quoted separately. Walking pasture is a different service with a different time cost from cleaning a fenced lawn. The boundary between the two goes in writing on your ticket so nobody is guessing.

### Which day does the I-15 corridor run?

Wildomar addresses near the freeway batch with Murrieta on the same route day, which keeps the drive absorbed across a full day of stops rather than charged to you. We confirm the specific weekday when you book.

### Is San Jacinto too far for a weekly route?

No, but the day is fixed by geography rather than by preference. San Jacinto shares a route day with Hemet, which is what lets us charge the same published rate here as in Winchester. We tell you the day before you commit.

### Do you service the Soboba area?

Yes, with a mapped boundary on the larger parcels out that way. The eastern edge of San Jacinto has more ground per property than the city core, so those get quoted on the mapped area rather than dropped into a standard tier.
