## Quick answer

Choose your city, how many dogs you have, your yard size, how often you want service, and whether you want a walk added. You see a starting price from our published card before you send the form. We reply the same business day during posted hours.

## TLDR

See a real starting price before you send anything. Works with JavaScript disabled. We reply the same business day during posted hours, and the thank you page does not ask you for a review.

## Questions

### Do I need to be home?

No. If your access notes are complete, we use the gate code or lockbox, clean the areas on your ticket, double bag, latch the gate, and text a photo before we leave. Most of our customers are at work when we come.

### Do you send a photo?

Every visit. A yard job is not closed without a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk is not closed without a start photo, an end photo, and a note. You get them before we leave the street.

### Which cities do you serve?

Ten cities: Menifee, Winchester, Hemet, French Valley, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, Temecula, and San Jacinto. We are based in Winchester near Highway 79 and I-215. If your street is outside those ten, we will tell you.

### What happens after I send a quote request?

We reply the same business day during posted hours. You will already have seen a starting number before you sent it, so the conversation is about access, scheduling, and anything unusual about your lot rather than about price.

### How do I pause or cancel?

One message. There is no long contract and no cancellation maze. Pause for a vacation and tell us when to restart, and we will let you know if the yard needs a catch up visit before the recurring plan picks back up.

### Do I get the same person each time?

That is the preference and we route for it. A familiar face knows your gate, your dog, and your yard, which is most of what makes a visit go smoothly. Where routing forces a change, your access notes travel with the ticket.

### How long does the first visit take?

Longer than a weekly visit. A first clean on a yard that has been skipped means finding older piles that have broken down and settled into grass. We will not promise a twelve minute miracle on a neglected half acre.

### Do you take the waste with you?

Your choice, written on the ticket. Haul away means it leaves in our vehicle. Bin drop means double bagged waste goes into your can. What never happens is bags left at the curb and the job called complete.

### What if I am not satisfied?

Tell us and we fix it inside seven days rather than arguing in a review box. If a walk ran short it gets completed or refunded. If a zone was missed we come back. The photo thread usually settles what actually happened.

### How soon can you start?

If your street is already on a weekday route, often that same week. Walking starts after a meet and greet so the leash setup and the off limits rooms are agreed before anyone is alone with your dog.

### What parts of the yard do you clean?

The grid on your ticket: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Fence lines and under deck areas are the zones most often skipped by other companies, so they are named explicitly rather than assumed.

### Do you only do these two things?

Yes, and deliberately. Pet waste removal and private dog walking, plus the combo that does both on one stop. We do not offer grooming, training, boarding, sitting, or daycare, and we would rather point you to someone who does those properly than take the booking and improvise.

### How quickly can you start?

If your street already sits on a weekday route, often the same week. Walking clients start after a meet and greet, so that adds a few days. We will tell you the realistic first date when we reply rather than promising tomorrow and rescheduling.

### How do I know which service I need?

If the yard is the problem, that is pet waste removal. If the dog is stuck inside all day, that is walking. If both are true, the combo does them on one stop for less than running two vendors. The quote tool will show you all three numbers.

### Can I change service later?

Yes, in one message. Most people start with scooping and add walking once they see how the access arrangement works in practice. Moving between plans does not restart anything and there is no fee for changing.

### What if my situation is not listed?

Call us. These pages describe the setups we see most often, not the only ones we handle. The underlying plans are the same three services, so an unusual situation is usually a configuration question rather than a new product.

### How fast will you reply?

Same business day during posted hours. If you write in the evening or on Sunday you will hear back the next working morning. If something is genuinely urgent, calling gets a faster answer than the form does.

### Can I text instead of calling?

Existing customers get a text thread for on-the-way messages, photos, and schedule changes, and that thread is the fastest way to reach us once service has started. For a first enquiry, use the form or call so we can capture the details properly.

### How soon can kids use the yard after a visit?

Immediately on a standard scoop, since nothing is applied. If deodorizing is on the ticket we leave a note telling you how long to stay off the treated area, which is typically a couple of hours depending on conditions.

### How often should a family yard be cleaned?

Weekly is the practical floor once children use the grass daily, and most families move to twice weekly through summer. The dog count matters less than how much the yard is actually used, which is why families often need more frequency than the tier suggests.
