Weeks two through eight: rhythm
Twice-weekly at $85/visit. Six-month prepay brought it to ~$612 effective monthly. Same tech (Roberto) every visit. He flagged a loose gate board and a sprinkler spraying onto a waste zone.
Months three to six
Ammonia-burned grass started recovering. Patio stains gone. Fly population dropped to nothing. By month five, the kids were playing in the back. Mom sent me a photo of the four-year-old running barefoot.
