- Dog count. Volume climbs with each dog, so the rate steps up through four dogs.
- Lot size. Half an acre and up can move you a tier or to a custom quote.
- Waste load. A yard skipped for two months is a different job from a maintained one.
- Access. Complete access notes genuinely keep your price down.
Lawn repair and urine burn treatment starts at $255+ per visit. Deodorizing, power washing, waste stations, haul-away, and commercial work are quoted per property.

What actually moves your price
Every figure on that card ends in a plus, and the plus is doing real work. Four things decide where a ticket lands above the starting number, and none of them are hidden from you.
- How many dogs. Waste volume climbs with each one, so the rate steps through four. Above four we quote the property rather than guessing at it.
- How much ground. Half an acre and up can move you a tier or to a custom quote. What counts is the area your dogs actually use, which is written on the ticket as the in bounds map. Pasture is not lawn unless you asked for it to be.
- How long it has been sitting. A yard skipped for two months is a search rather than a pickup. First cleans run longer, and we say so before we start rather than after.
- How hard it is to get in. A side gate is faster than a lockbox behind a locked side yard. Complete access notes genuinely keep your price down.
The one discount, and the one we will not offer
Six month prepay takes 10 percent off. It stacks once, so it does not combine with another discount on the same line, and there is no penalty for paying monthly instead.
What we will not do is a teaser rate. The pattern is familiar: a very low weekly headline that applies only to one dog on a small lot with no initial clean, and a real invoice that arrives later. A published card that holds is worth more to you than an opening number that does not, and it is the reason our figure can look higher than a headline you are comparing it against.

What actually happens, in the order it happens.

Get a starting number
Use the quote tool and you see a real starting price from the published card before you send anything. No sales call is needed to find out roughly what this costs.

Set up access
We write down the gate code or lockbox, whether dogs are in or out, which zones are in bounds, and anything off limits. Walking clients get a meet and greet before the first walk.

We text on the way
You get a message before we arrive so silence never feels like a no show. Your roster spot is locked the night before, so your weekday window is predictable.

The work happens
Yard visits run the full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Walks run a timer with a start photo and an end photo. Waste is double bagged either way.

Photo and latch, then we leave
A yard job closes with a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk closes with the end photo and a note. Both are sent before we leave your street.

If something is wrong, we fix it
Tell us and we make it right inside seven days. A short walk gets completed or refunded. A missed zone gets another visit. We do not argue about it in a review box.

How much does a dog walk cost?
A thirty minute private walk starts at thirty dollars. Forty five minutes starts at forty and sixty minutes starts at fifty. An extra dog from the same household adds ten dollars. Recurring thirty minute plans are billed monthly.
How are extra dogs priced?
The rate steps up with each dog because the waste volume genuinely does. Our published card covers one through four dogs. Above four, or on an unusually large lot, we quote the property rather than guessing a number.
How are large yards priced?
Lot size can move you to the next tier or to a custom quote. In bounds means the map on your ticket. Pasture is not a lawn unless it is quoted that way, and we will not bill for acreage nobody asked us to walk.
