Service agreement
By signing up for service, you agree to allow our technicians safe access to your yard during scheduled time windows. You're responsible for providing gate access (codes, keys, or unlocked side gates) and securing your pets when needed.
No contracts
All plans are month-to-month. You may pause or cancel anytime by text, call, or email — no cancellation fee.
Billing
Recurring plans auto-bill monthly via card or ACH. Failed payments trigger an automated retry sequence. We never charge late fees on a first failure.
Liability
We carry full general liability and professional insurance. If we cause damage to your property, we cover repair or replacement promptly. Tell us about pre-existing damage during onboarding.
Weather & rescheduling
We service in light rain. Severe weather causes a one-day reschedule. We never charge for missed visits caused by weather.
Eligibility
Service is available only within our published service area (Riverside County, CA). We reserve the right to decline service to properties with safety hazards.
