We run pet waste removal in Riverside County across ten cities, from our Winchester base near Highway 79 and I-215: Menifee, Winchester, Hemet, French Valley, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, Temecula, and San Jacinto. If your street sits outside those ten, we say so rather than promise a route.

We provide pet waste removal in Riverside County, and specifically in the ten cities listed here rather than county wide. If your street is not in one of them, we will say so.

Highway 79 and I-215

Based in Winchester near Highway 79 and I-215. That corridor is the spine of the whole route, which is why Winchester, French Valley, Menifee, and Temecula get the tightest windows and the fastest makeup visits.

We build density before we build distance. We would rather finish Winchester streets properly than open a city we cannot route, and we will tell you if your street sits outside these ten.

Why ten cities and not the whole county

Because a route company lives or dies on density, and density is the opposite of coverage. Every additional mile between stops is time that cannot be spent on a yard, and it has to be paid for by somebody. Companies that advertise an entire county are usually either subcontracting the far edges or quietly declining the bookings that are inconvenient.

Ten cities is what we can genuinely route from Winchester on a repeatable weekly schedule without adding a surcharge or a drifting arrival window. When somebody outside those ten calls, we say no. That is a worse sales conversation and a better service.

It also means the same published rate applies in San Jacinto as in Winchester. There is no distance pricing, because the geography was solved by batching the route rather than by billing you for it.

Our process

What actually happens, in the order it happens.

    Get a starting number

    Use the quote tool and you see a real starting price from the published card before you send anything. No sales call is needed to find out roughly what this costs.

    Set up access

    We write down the gate code or lockbox, whether dogs are in or out, which zones are in bounds, and anything off limits. Walking clients get a meet and greet before the first walk.

    We text on the way

    You get a message before we arrive so silence never feels like a no show. Your roster spot is locked the night before, so your weekday window is predictable.

    The work happens

    Yard visits run the full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Walks run a timer with a start photo and an end photo. Waste is double bagged either way.

    Photo and latch, then we leave

    A yard job closes with a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk closes with the end photo and a note. Both are sent before we leave your street.

    If something is wrong, we fix it

    Tell us and we make it right inside seven days. A short walk gets completed or refunded. A missed zone gets another visit. We do not argue about it in a review box.

  • Entry when dogs are loose in the yard, which is a safety abort
  • Landscaping, mowing, or general yard work of any kind

Which cities do you serve?

Ten cities: Menifee, Winchester, Hemet, French Valley, Perris, Lake Elsinore, Murrieta, Wildomar, Temecula, and San Jacinto. We are based in Winchester near Highway 79 and I-215. If your street is outside those ten, we will tell you.

Do you offer pet waste removal in Riverside County outside your ten cities?

No. We serve ten named cities in the southwest part of the county and nowhere else. That is a choice. Keeping stops close together is how we arrive on the same weekday every week, and a wider map would break that promise.

Do you charge a travel fee for cities farther from Winchester?

No. The price card is the same in every city on our list. We keep it that way by grouping the outer cities into shared route days, for example San Jacinto with Hemet. Distance affects which weekday you get, not what you pay.

Is my street inside your service area?

Send it through the quote form or call us, and we will check it against our routes before anything is booked. Addresses near the edge of a city get looked at one by one. If we cannot serve yours reliably each week, we will say no.

Do you serve Riverside, Moreno Valley, or Corona?

No, none of those. Our routes stay close to Highway 79 and the towns around our Winchester base. Long drives between stops lead to late arrivals and rushed yards, so we would sooner turn work down than spread ourselves across places we cannot reach on time.

Are Sun City, Romoland, Homeland, and Nuevo covered?

Yes. They are smaller communities that we handle under a nearby city on our list. Sun City and Romoland fall under Menifee, Homeland under Winchester, and Nuevo under Perris. Lots in these areas are often larger, so some need a mapped dog area before pricing.

Which cities are closest to your base?

Winchester is home, and French Valley is about ten minutes away. Menifee is close behind. Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Perris, and San Jacinto are the longest drives at around twenty five minutes each. Closer cities get slightly tighter arrival windows and quicker makeup visits.

Are yard scooping, dog walking, and the combo offered in every city?

Yes, all three are available across the ten cities. Dog walking always begins with a meet and greet at your home. In the hotter eastern cities, walks are scheduled for the earliest part of the day, which can limit the time slots we are able to offer.

What days and hours do you run routes?

Monday through Friday from seven in the morning until six in the evening, and Saturday from eight until four. Sunday is closed unless an exception has been booked ahead of time. Each city has its own route day, so recurring customers keep one steady weekday.

Will you add more cities to your service area?

Not for now. We would prefer to fill in the streets we already drive before opening somewhere new. If you live just outside the ten cities, it is still worth a call. We will tell you plainly whether your address can work.
