1. Arrival & gate check
Our tech texts you on the way. They arrive in the agreed time window, check your gate code or key access, and verify the latch is functional before opening.
2. Yard walk pattern
We use a structured walk pattern — perimeter first, then a serpentine inner sweep — to make sure no spot is missed. Side yards, dog runs, and patio edges are explicitly covered.
3. Pickup, double-bag, off-site disposal
Everything visible is picked up with long-handled scoopers, double-bagged in heavy-duty (or compostable, if you've upgraded), and stored in sealed containers in our service vehicle.
4. Optional add-ons
- Deodorizing enzyme spray on hot spots
- Power-wash of patio or turf
- Lawn repair on urine-burn patches
- Litter box scooping for cat households
5. Gate latch verification
Before leaving, we double-check the gate latch is fully closed. If we notice anything off — loose hardware, ajar gate — you'll get a heads-up text.
6. Photo proof
A photo of your clean yard is texted before our tech leaves the property. You never wonder if we came.
