First Visit
What to expect on your first visit.
Your assigned tech arrives within the 2-hour window we agreed on.
They do a full walk-through to learn your yard layout and any obstacles.
They perform the cleanup (a deep clean is included for yards that need it).
They double-check the gate latch on the way out.
You'll get a photo proof text before they leave the property.
If anything needs follow-up (loose gate, dog noticed, etc.), you'll hear about it.
