Questions we get asked most
This is the pet waste removal FAQ people actually ask from: whether you need to be home, whether walks are private, and what happens when it rains. You do not, if your access notes are complete. Walks are one household only. Rain gets a makeup visit within seven days, not a skipped stop.
How to use this page
This is the pet waste removal FAQ, and it also covers dog walking and combo visits. Questions are grouped by topic. Where an answer belongs on a specific service or city page, the question links there rather than repeating the answer in two places.
Getting started
Do I need to be home?
No. If your access notes are complete, we use the gate code or lockbox, clean the areas on your ticket, double bag, latch the gate, and text a photo before we leave. Most of our customers are at work when we come.
Do you send a photo?
Every visit. A yard job is not closed without a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk is not closed without a start photo, an end photo, and a note. You get them before we leave the street.

Do you take the waste with you?
Your choice, written on the ticket. Haul away means it leaves in our vehicle. Bin drop means double bagged waste goes into your can. What never happens is bags left at the curb and the job called complete.

Yard scooping
What if it rains?
Scooping may move but it does not vanish. If we have to reschedule for weather you get a makeup visit within seven days. Walks shorten in heavy rain rather than being skipped, and we prioritize a proper potty break.
