Two jobs, one local company

We sell three dog waste and walking services and nothing else. Yard scooping runs weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one time. Private walking runs 30, 45, or 60 minutes for one household only. Walk and Scoop does both jobs on a single stop, with one invoice and one photo thread.

The three services

Anything outside those three belongs to somebody else. Grooming, training, boarding, sitting, and daycare are all jobs we decline rather than improvise, because a company that claims the whole list is usually subcontracting most of it. Two jobs plus the combo is the entire menu, and keeping it that short is what lets us route it properly.

Which one do you actually need?

Most people arrive here knowing the symptom rather than the service, so it is worth being blunt about which problem each of these solves.

If the yard has become a chore you resent and you keep putting off, that is scooping. It is the most common reason people call, and the fix is boring and permanent: somebody else does it on a fixed weekday and sends you a photograph.

If the yard is fine but the dog spends the middle of every weekday waiting, that is walking. This is usually a welfare problem rather than a convenience one, and people tend to feel worse about it than they do about the lawn.

If both are true, the combo is the answer and it is not close. Running a scooping company and a walking app in parallel puts your gate code in two places, splits the record of what happened across two apps, and gives you two people who each assume the other one closed the latch. That is the failure mode the combo exists to remove, and it matters more than the small price difference.

What we will not sell you

A teaser rate. You will see very low weekly headline prices advertised in this market. They apply to one dog on a small lot with no first clean, and the real invoice arrives later. Our published card is the card.

A sanitizing claim we cannot back. We apply enzyme treatment. We do not hold a pesticide applicator license and we will not describe what we do as sanitizing in order to charge more for it.

A group walk sold as private. An extra dog on the ticket is another dog from your household. It is never a pack assembled from several houses to make the walker's economics work.

A service we do not run. If you need boarding, training, or grooming we would rather point you at someone who does it properly than take the booking and improvise around the edges of it.

Our process

What actually happens, in the order it happens.

    Get a starting number

    Use the quote tool and you see a real starting price from the published card before you send anything. No sales call is needed to find out roughly what this costs.

    Set up access

    We write down the gate code or lockbox, whether dogs are in or out, which zones are in bounds, and anything off limits. Walking clients get a meet and greet before the first walk.

    We text on the way

    You get a message before we arrive so silence never feels like a no show. Your roster spot is locked the night before, so your weekday window is predictable.

  4. 4

    The work happens

    Yard visits run the full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Walks run a timer with a start photo and an end photo. Waste is double bagged either way.

  5. 5

    Photo and latch, then we leave

    A yard job closes with a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk closes with the end photo and a note. Both are sent before we leave your street.

  6. 6

    If something is wrong, we fix it

    Tell us and we make it right inside seven days. A short walk gets completed or refunded. A missed zone gets another visit. We do not argue about it in a review box.

  • Landscaping, mowing, or general yard work of any kind

Questions

How do I know which service I need?

If the yard is the problem, that is pet waste removal. If the dog is stuck inside all day, that is walking. If both are true, the combo does them on one stop for less than running two vendors. The quote tool will show you all three numbers.

Can I change service later?

Yes, in one message. Most people start with scooping and add walking once they see how the access arrangement works in practice. Moving between plans does not restart anything and there is no fee for changing.
