A consistent tech becomes a known quantity. By visit three or four it's tail wags instead of barking.
What we do differently
Every account gets one primary tech and one named backup. The backup has been on your account at least once a quarter so they're not a stranger to your yard either.
The trade-off
Scheduling is less flexible. If your tech is on vacation the week of July 4th, your day might shift by one. We tell people that upfront.
The goal: boring, consistent, the same good person doing good work every week.
