No. As long as we can access your yard (gate code, unlocked side gate, or shared key), you don't need to be home. We always double-check the latch on the way out and send a photo when we're done.

We service in light rain. Heavy rain or active thunderstorms get rescheduled — usually within 24 hours. If your dogs are out, we coordinate with you so the visit is safe and stress-free for them.
