A Winchester route company that does two jobs
Natures Reality Dog Service is a locally owned service area business at 29279 Boreham Ln in Winchester, California. We remove pet waste and walk dogs privately across ten cities. We are licensed and insured, technicians pass a background check before they hold keys, and we do not offer grooming, training, boarding, or sitting.
Who we are
Natures Reality Dog Service is a locally owned service area business at 29279 Boreham Ln in Winchester, California. Based in Winchester near Highway 79 and I-215.
We exist so a yard can be used and a dog can be walked without the owner running two vendors or guessing whether the work happened. Everyone who works a route here is screened before they are trusted with a key, and insured for the whole time they hold one.
We are not a storefront, not a franchise, and not a booking marketplace. We are a route company, and the routing is most of what makes the service work.
What licensed and insured actually means
Every company in this trade writes licensed and insured on its website, so the phrase has stopped carrying information. Here is what it means when we write it, and what to ask any company that writes it.
We carry general liability coverage, and we will send the certificate before a first visit rather than after somebody asks for it. That is the part that matters on your property: if a gate, a sprinkler head, or a fence panel is damaged while we are working, there is a policy behind it instead of a conversation about who thinks what happened.
The question worth asking any vendor is whether the person actually entering your yard is covered, because a company can hold a policy and still send a subcontractor who sits outside it. Ours are not subcontracted, and they pass a background check before they hold a key or a gate code.
What we do not hold is a pesticide or sanitizing applicator license, so we do not apply anything that would require one. When a yard needs a treatment beyond what we are licensed to do, we say so and point you at someone who is, rather than quietly doing it anyway.
What we believe
Proof is the product around the product
A yard job is not closed without a photo. A yard job is not closed without a latch check. A walk is not closed without time and a note.
We charge enough to actually show up
Enough to arrive on the same weekday, send the photo, and latch the gate. We do not win a week on a teaser price and then rush the work.
Private means one household
An extra dog is an add on from your house, not a pack pulled off the street. That is the standard, not an upgrade.
Density before geography
We would rather finish Winchester streets than open a city we cannot route. Windshield time is what kills a combo visit.
We do not print what we cannot prove
No star badge until a stranger can tap a public rating and verify it. No license claim we do not hold.
Mobility is not a marketing costume
If we take the job, the visit is paced and the photo can go to an adult child who arranged it.
What we do not do
The list we turn down is short and it does not move: nobody here grooms a dog, trains one, boards one, sits with one, or runs a daycare. If you need one of those, we would rather hand you a name than take the booking and improvise our way through it.
We also do not claim a sanitizing or applicator license we do not hold, and we do not promise every corner of a county we cannot route.
Our process
What actually happens, in the order it happens.
- 1
Get a starting number
Use the quote tool and you see a real starting price from the published card before you send anything. No sales call is needed to find out roughly what this costs.
- 2
Set up access
We write down the gate code or lockbox, whether dogs are in or out, which zones are in bounds, and anything off limits. Walking clients get a meet and greet before the first walk.
- 3
We text on the way
You get a message before we arrive so silence never feels like a no show. Your roster spot is locked the night before, so your weekday window is predictable.
- 4
The work happens
Yard visits run the full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Walks run a timer with a start photo and an end photo. Waste is double bagged either way.
- 5
Photo and latch, then we leave
A yard job closes with a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk closes with the end photo and a note. Both are sent before we leave your street.
- 6
If something is wrong, we fix it
Tell us and we make it right inside seven days. A short walk gets completed or refunded. A missed zone gets another visit. We do not argue about it in a review box.
Questions
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a locally owned service area business based in Winchester, and we carry coverage on the work. If you manage an HOA or a commercial property, ask for the certificate and we will provide it before the first stop.
