Can somebody else set this up on my behalf?
Yes, and it is common. An adult child can arrange and pay for the service while the parent remains the service contact. Both people can be on the photo thread. We hold billing and service contacts as separate fields precisely so this works cleanly.
Will it be the same person each week?
That is the routing preference and we hold it wherever the schedule allows, because a familiar face matters more on this arrangement than on any other. If routing forces a change we say so beforehand rather than sending an unexpected stranger to the side gate.

Yes, twice. You get a text message when we are heading your way, and then we come to the door before going near the side gate. Nobody should look out a window and find a person they did not expect standing in the yard.
Do you check on my mom or dad while you are there?
No, and we want to be honest about that. We clean the yard. We are not caregivers and we do not handle medicine, meals, or help inside the house. What a family member can get is the photo from each visit showing the job was done.
Can I get help for just a few weeks after surgery or an injury?
Yes. Nothing locks you in for a long term, so you can start before a hip or knee operation and stop once you are steady again. Pausing or ending takes a single message to us. Plenty of people keep it going afterward, but that is your call.
Will you make sure my gate is shut so my dog cannot get out?
Yes. We leave every gate the way we found it, and we take a picture of the closed latch before driving away. If we pull up and your dog is running free back there, the gate stays shut and we phone you.
Can you also walk my dog if I cannot manage it anymore?
Yes. Private dog walking is a separate service we offer, and the Walk and Scoop combo puts both on one plan. Your dog goes out alone, not in a pack with other families' dogs. We do not offer boarding, sitting, grooming, or daycare.
