Who we help, and what we set up for them
Pet waste removal for your household starts with which situation you are actually in. We set up work-week homes, families with kids, multi-dog and large yard properties, puppy and senior dog owners, limited mobility, adult children arranging care for a parent, HOA boards, and property managers. Each maps to an existing plan.

Why these pages exist at all
Every situation on this list is served by one of the same three services. None of them is a separate product, none carries a different rate, and we are not going to invent a fourth brand to make a segment feel catered to.
What genuinely differs is the configuration. Who receives the photograph. Whether we knock or go straight to the side gate. Which zones get named on the ticket. Whether the frequency is expected to change in six months. Those decisions are the difference between a service that fits and one that technically covers you, and they are made once at setup rather than negotiated every week.
If your situation is not on this list, it is almost certainly still a configuration question rather than a new service. Call and describe it.
What actually changes between these setups
Four things, and none of them is the price.
- Who is on the photo thread. On a senior arrangement it often includes an adult child in another city. On a commercial account it is a manager who needs a record rather than reassurance.
- Which zones are named. A family yard names the playset. A multi-dog lot weights the fence lines. An acreage property gets a written boundary before anyone quotes a number.
- How the arrival works. A knock at the door on some tickets, a silent side-gate entry on others, because the right answer genuinely differs by household.
- Whether the plan is expected to change. A puppy plan is reviewed twice in the first year. A settled two-dog household is reviewed once and then left alone.
Our process
What actually happens, in the order it happens.
- 1
Get a starting number
Use the quote tool and you see a real starting price from the published card before you send anything. No sales call is needed to find out roughly what this costs.
- 2
Set up access
We write down the gate code or lockbox, whether dogs are in or out, which zones are in bounds, and anything off limits. Walking clients get a meet and greet before the first walk.
- 3
We text on the way
You get a message before we arrive so silence never feels like a no show. Your roster spot is locked the night before, so your weekday window is predictable.
- 4
The work happens
Yard visits run the full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Walks run a timer with a start photo and an end photo. Waste is double bagged either way.
- 5
Photo and latch, then we leave
A yard job closes with a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk closes with the end photo and a note. Both are sent before we leave your street.
- 6
If something is wrong, we fix it
Tell us and we make it right inside seven days. A short walk gets completed or refunded. A missed zone gets another visit. We do not argue about it in a review box.
What is included
An inclusions list without exclusions is what generates disputes, so both are here.
Included in every visit
- Full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, playset
- Hidden pile search, not a surface sweep
- Double bagged waste
- Haul away or bin drop, whichever your ticket says
- Photo of the cleaned area every visit
- Latch photo before we leave
- On the way text
- Same weekday window on recurring plans
- Makeup visit within seven days if weather moves your stop
- Pause or cancel in one message
Not included
- Pasture or acreage outside the in bounds map on your ticket
- Yard deodorizing or sanitizing, which is quoted separately
- Urine burn lawn repair, which is quoted separately
- Power washing, which is quoted separately
- Entry when dogs are loose in the yard, which is a safety abort
- Landscaping, mowing, or general yard work of any kind
Questions
What if my situation is not listed?
Call us. These pages describe the setups we see most often, not the only ones we handle. The underlying plans are the same three services, so an unusual situation is usually a configuration question rather than a new product.
Do these audiences pay different prices?
No. The published card applies to everyone. What changes between these pages is how the ticket is configured: who receives the photos, which zones are named, how the visit is paced. None of that changes the rate.
Enjoy the yard. The dog gets the walk.
