Privacy policy
We collect only what a quote and a visit require: contact details, service address, access notes, and dog information. Gate codes are stored on the ticket and never in a group chat. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time.
Effective
What we collect
We collect only what a quote and a visit actually require. When you request a quote we collect your name, email, phone, city, dog count, yard size, service frequency, and anything you write in the notes field.
When you become a customer we also hold your service address and your access notes, which can include a gate code, a lockbox code, whether dogs are inside or outside, and which areas of your property are in bounds.
How we use it
To send you a quote, to schedule and run your visits, to send you the photo and the visit note, and to invoice you. That is the complete list.
We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for cross context behavioural advertising. We do not build advertising profiles from your service history.
Gate codes and access notes
Access notes live on the work ticket. Codes are never posted in a group chat, never screenshotted, and never stored in a shared message thread.
Physical keys are numbered and logged against your account. Technicians pass a background check before they hold a key or a code.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined.
We honour Global Privacy Control automatically. If your browser sends that signal we record an opt out on arrival without asking you to click anything.
To exercise any right, call or email us using the details on our contact page. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become customers are kept for twelve months. Customer records are kept while you are active and for three years after your last visit, which covers our insurance and tax obligations.
Access notes and codes are deleted within thirty days of your service ending. Photos from visits are kept for twelve months so a dispute can be settled with evidence rather than memory.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and change the effective date. Material changes to consent handling reset the consent banner so you are asked again rather than assumed into a new arrangement.
Questions
What information do you collect when I ask for a quote?
We collect your name, email, phone, city, number of dogs, yard size, the visit frequency you want, and whatever you type in the notes box. Nothing more is needed for a quote. After you sign up, your service address and access notes are added to that record.
What do you do with my information?
We use it for four things: sending your quote, scheduling and running your visits, sending you the photo and visit note, and billing you. Our privacy policy lists nothing else. We do not build advertising profiles out of your service history.
Do you sell my personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for money or for cross context behavioral advertising. Your record of visits with us is not turned into an ad profile either. It is used to quote, schedule, report, and bill.
Does this website use cookies?
Some storage is always on because the site needs it for security, sending forms, and remembering your consent choice. It is never used for tracking. Google Analytics is loaded by every page but sets no cookie until you give permission, and Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all until you allow analytics.
What does Microsoft Clarity record on this website?
Clarity records clicks and scrolling so we can see where visitors get stuck. Text you type into forms is masked. It is not loaded, and sets no cookie, unless you allow the analytics category on the cookie bar.
How do I opt out of tracking cookies on this site?
Analytics cookies are not set until you grant permission, and marketing stays off unless you switch it on. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we record an opt out the moment you arrive, with nothing for you to click.
Where do you keep my gate code?
Your gate code or lockbox code stays on the work ticket for your property. It is never posted in a group chat, screenshotted, or kept in a shared message thread. Any technician who holds a code or a key has passed a background check first.
How long do you keep my information after I stop service?
We hold your customer record for as long as you are active, then for three years past your final visit, to cover insurance and tax duties. Gate codes and access notes are erased no later than thirty days after service ends. Visit photos are kept for twelve months.
Can I ask you to delete my information?
If you live in California, the CCPA and CPRA let you find out what we hold about you, have it deleted, and have it corrected. To use one of these rights, call or email us through our contact page. We will not treat you worse for asking.
Will you tell me if this privacy policy changes?
This page gets updated, with a new effective date, whenever we change how your information is handled. If the change affects consent in a material way, the consent banner resets, so you are asked again instead of being moved into a new setup.
