Get a starting number

Choose your city, how many dogs you have, your yard size, how often you want service, and whether you want a walk added. You see a starting price from our published card before you send the form. We reply the same business day during posted hours.

Tell us about your yard and your dog

Yard size never changes the published rate. It tells us whether to recommend a first deep clean.

Options

Gate access, whether dogs are in or out, or anything unusual about the lot.

We reply the same business day during posted hours. No sales call is needed to find out what this costs.

What happens next

What actually happens, in the order it happens.

  1. 1

    Get a starting number

Use the quote tool and you see a real starting price from the published card before you send anything. No sales call is needed to find out roughly what this costs.

  2. 2

    Set up access

We write down the gate code or lockbox, whether dogs are in or out, which zones are in bounds, and anything off limits. Walking clients get a meet and greet before the first walk.

  3. 3

    We text on the way

You get a message before we arrive so silence never feels like a no show. Your roster spot is locked the night before, so your weekday window is predictable.

  4. 4

    The work happens

Yard visits run the full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, and playset. Walks run a timer with a start photo and an end photo. Waste is double bagged either way.

  5. 5

Photo and latch, then we leave

A yard job closes with a photo of the cleaned area and a photo of the latched gate. A walk closes with the end photo and a note. Both are sent before we leave your street.

  6. 6

If something is wrong, we fix it

Tell us and we make it right inside seven days. A short walk gets completed or refunded. A missed zone gets another visit. We do not argue about it in a review box.

What is included

An inclusions list without exclusions is what generates disputes, so both are here.

Included in every visit

  • Full grid: front, side, back, run, fence line, deck, patio, playset
  • Hidden pile search, not a surface sweep
  • Double bagged waste
  • Haul away or bin drop, whichever your ticket says
  • Photo of the cleaned area every visit
  • Latch photo before we leave
  • On the way text
  • Same weekday window on recurring plans
  • Makeup visit within seven days if weather moves your stop
  • Pause or cancel in one message

Not included

  • Pasture or acreage outside the in bounds map on your ticket
  • Yard deodorizing or sanitizing, which is quoted separately
  • Urine burn lawn repair, which is quoted separately
  • Power washing, which is quoted separately
  • Entry when dogs are loose in the yard, which is a safety abort
  • Landscaping, mowing, or general yard work of any kind

Questions

What happens after I send a quote request?

We reply the same business day during posted hours. You will already have seen a starting number before you sent it, so the conversation is about access, scheduling, and anything unusual about your lot rather than about price.

How soon can you start?

If your street is already on a weekday route, often that same week. Walking starts after a meet and greet so the leash setup and the off limits rooms are agreed before anyone is alone with your dog.

Enjoy the yard. The dog gets the walk.
